General conditions:

• Minimum permanence of one week;
• Reservations confirmed by deposit of 30% (thirty percent) of the value of the permanence;
• Request of reservation subject to confirmation.

Observations:

• The daily rates include a weekly cleaning;
• Possibility to organize at arrival, Rent-a-Car or Taxi, at the airport;
• Starting from the 8th (eighth) day we offered 10% (ten percent) of discount;
• Meal service is not provided.
